SHIPPING

After payment is processed, it may take up to 2 business days to process and ship your order. Orders are shipped using expedited services (USPS priority mail or UPS Ground), offering delivery within 1-6 business days after it’s left our front door, depending on the shipping zone of the recipient. We currently ship to addresses in US and Canada. 

If your order subtotal (after any applicable discounts are applied) is $100 or greater, your order is eligible for FREE Shipping within the contiguous U. S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

Additional rates may be available for expedited shipping. Please do not hesitate to contact us for a personalized rate quote and processing time if your order requires rush shipping.

Salem, MA Pick-Up: Massachusetts residents who would prefer to collect your order in person in Salem, MA within 7 days of purchase may select the “FREE Pick-Up” shipping option at checkout. Local area delivery is also available for recipients within 5 miles of our Design Studio in Salem, MA for FREE. You will then be contact by us to schedule your pick-up details when your order is ready.

RETURN POLICY

We truly hope you enjoy our products. Since our candles are made by hand in small batch, we are only able to permit returns on items that were damaged during shipping and are rendered unusable.

We take great care in packaging your gifts for safe shipping. However, should you receive your order and find that damage did occur in shipment, please contact us immediately for replacement (sending photos of damage helps us identify better practices for shipping customer products).
